For communities, churches and groups
Get your town or congregation ready before the next storm.
Small towns, rural counties and congregations often get hit hard and wait the longest for help. F3 helps you see who may need help, train your people and connect with partners who can bring what you don’t have.
How it works
Five steps to a ready community
- Put your community on the map
Tell us who you are, about how many people you serve, what you have and what you’d need after a storm. It takes a few minutes and it’s free.
- See who may need help
The F3 map shows older residents, homes without a car, people with disabilities and flood risk, down to the neighborhood.
- Train your people
Start with four free starter courses, then move into shelter work, damage assessment and leading volunteers.
- Become a member
Membership adds full training, local readiness reports, volunteer hour tracking and alerts. It’s coming soon and priced for small budgets.
- Ask for help when disaster hits
Post what you need, like water, generators, tarps or volunteers. Vetted partners see your request and answer. Asking for help is always free.
FaithFriendsFamilyFest
A community day built around being ready
Picture a farmers market where every booth helps families get ready for disaster and look out for each other. Local churches, fire and EMS, radio clubs, hardware stores and health groups set up booths. There’s food, music and things for kids to do, and families leave with a plan.
The first Fests are being planned now. If you’d like one in your town, or you already run a preparedness fair, we’d love to work with you.

Why small towns
The places that usually get missed
Few or no emergency staff
Many rural counties share one emergency manager, or rely on volunteers. F3 adds trained local help.
Churches already know who needs help
Congregations know which neighbors live alone or can’t drive. F3 helps them act on it.
Help that stays
F3 stays between storms with training, Fests and a network you can call on.
