Our role

F3 brings people together.
CORD helps them work as one.

When a storm hits, churches, relief groups, local officials and businesses all jump in at once. CORD gives them one shared place to see who needs help and what each partner can offer. Every partner keeps its own identity and leadership. F3 helps everyone pull in the same direction.

  • See needs near youOn one live map, updated by partners on the ground.
  • Offer what you havePeople, space, equipment or supplies, in about a minute.
  • Take on a missionAccept work that matches what your group offered.
  • Keep your status currentSo others know you’re open, and what you can do.

01 / F3 Intelligence

Useful answers.
Grounded in trusted information.

F3 Intelligence will let partners ask a question in plain words and get a clear answer, drawn only from guidance we trust. Every answer shows where it came from, so you can check it yourself.

It works from approved guidance, partner playbooks and current disaster data. When an answer could lead to an important decision, a person reviews it first.

  • Retrieve guidance relevant to your question and geography.
  • See the evidence and date behind an answer.
  • Turn findings into checklists and briefings your team can review.

Survivor Reach

Reach them first.

When a storm knocks out a neighborhood, the signal goes dark before anyone calls for help. F3 will see where, send a simple check-in, and connect people to a real person who can help.

  • See where it’s darkSignal and neighborhood data show which blocks were hit hardest. Where, never who.
  • Check inA short message through partner alerts and church lists: we see your area was hit hard. Are you okay?
  • “Help me”One tap starts a 90-second request that works offline and sends when the signal returns.
  • A real person answersA faith-based call center listens, prays if you want, and routes each need to a trusted partner.
  • One file, yoursNeeds, help received, photos and damage imagery stay in one file the survivor owns.
  • Tell your story onceWith your OK, we start your federal, housing and state aid applications for you, evidence attached.

Consent first. Survivor information is never combined with political or voter data, and government partners only see totals, never names.

Volunteer Time Bank

Every hour you give can count twice.

Most people don’t know this. After a declared disaster, the value of volunteer time on eligible work can count toward the share of recovery costs a state and its communities must pay before federal funding covers the rest. It counts whether you live down the street or drove in from another state.

  • Find meaningful workSign up once, share your skills, and see projects near a disaster that need you.
  • Check in on siteYour phone records your time, place and task. It works offline.
  • The team lead confirmsPartner organizations approve hours, so every record holds up.
  • Your community gets creditF3 turns approved hours into the records local officials need to claim it.

Run by F3 and open to partner organizations, so they can put people to work faster and keep good records without building their own system.

One Saturday, one town

An example

Debris crew · 40 volunteers × 8 hrs320 hrs
Roof tarping · 30 volunteers × 8 hrs240 hrs
Meals & supplies · 30 volunteers × 8 hrs240 hrs
800 hours at about $30 an hour≈ $24,000

That’s about $24,000 a community wouldn’t have to find on its own. Hourly values are set locally and depend on the type of work.
